How to include Club Credit Balances on Customer Statements and Online Accounts
This article will guide you through the steps to display the Club Credit Balance on a customer’s statement and online profile.
How to Enable Club Credit on a Customer's Statement:
1. From the Admin Portal, select the Accounting Section.

2. Select A/R Statements

3. Enable Show Club Credit on A/R Statements.

4. Once enabled, the club credit balance will be visible on the customer’s statement.

How to Enable Club Credit Balance on a Customer's Online Profile:
1. From the Admin Portal, select Booking Site Admin. Log in to your account.

2. Select Properties.

3. Locate the Club Credit section and enable “Show Club Credit.” If you’d like to include a custom message, turn on “Show Custom Message” and enter your message in the provided field. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page once complete.

4. Once enabled, customers will see their available club credit balance when they log into their account.
