This article will explain how to use the ownership transfer toggle in the Teesnap Admin portal.
Toggling the Ownership transfer “on” will prevent user outs while an employee has tabs and tickets still open. This will require them to close their tabs and tickets or transfer them to another employee before entering a user out at the end of their shift. This holds staff accountable and helps ensure that customers close out their tab before leaving. The ownership transfer toggle lives in the admin portal and can be seen below.
