1. To see the rate with the cart fee included the blue cart icon in the red box will be colored in blue. You can see here the rate is $135.
2. To remove the cart fee from the rate, press the blue icon to disable the cart fees. You will now see that the rate is$115. This toggle switch will let you flip back and forth between rates including/excluding cart fees.
