How to Remove Member Profiles from Being Manually Assigned 

This article outlines how to enable the setting that hides member profiles from the manually assigned list.

1.  Sign in to the Admin Portal.

2. On the Property page, in the Customer Profiles section, turn off the “Allow Manual Member Profile Selection” toggle.

2. This change will only impact Profiles with the Member toggle turned on. Please review all Profiles to confirm they are configured correctly so you can continue adding Profiles such as Senior, Military, or Resident to a customer when needed.
