How To View a Cancellations and No Shows Report

This article will show you how to view a tee time cancellation and no-shows report.

1.  From the Teesnap Admin portal, click Reports on the left-hand side of the page, then click Customers at the top to open the customer's workbook.

2.  Scroll down to the bottom of the page to access the additional reports tabs, and click on the "Customer Rankings" tab.

3. In this section, you will find two graphs displaying data on the highest instances of no-shows and customer cancellations.

4. Customize the report data by using filters down the left side.
