TEENOC 1813 - Missing User Icon Functions on iPad
Some User functions are not visible on the iPad.

The Bug: The bottom three options (cash drawer, manual sync, and enter tips) can be displayed as blank.

- And having the keyboard open while tapping on the top left side of the app as seen in the video below.
 
Workaround:
- 
- The buttons are still usable, so they can still be tapped as needed, or alternatively, opening the menu while the keyboard is closed prevents this issue from occurring.

 Additionally, we confirmed that iPads 7th gen and above are the only ones affected and that the update was pushed out about a year ago. This issue has been pre-existing, but we have a confirmed cause.
