This article will show you the basics of checking in a customer in Teesnap
Teesnap is developed to help you quickly capture all the golfer information needed as part of the check-in process to then leverage that information later with your marketing efforts. Follow these steps to go through the booking process:

To book a tee time, simply press on any block corresponding to the desired time.

Select the number of players, how many holes playing, and cart on the Reserve Tee time Screen.

Search for the golfers’ name by First name, Last name, or email. If the customer is not found, go ahead and create that player. First name, Last name, and Email are required when adding any new golfers. For future marketing leverage, make sure you also capture Phone Number, Zip Code, Date of Birth, and Profile.

Once all information is entered, press the “Reserve” button.

If there is more than one player in the group then swipe the guest from right to left and select change to add in customer information. Search for the golfers’ names by First name, Last name, or email. If the customer is not found, go ahead and create that player.

To complete a check-in, select the Player’s name on the tee sheet to open up the Reservation Details screen.

Click their name and turn to highlight it in blue. The “Add to Cart” will turn Green which lets you know you are ready to have them pay for their round.

Once “Add to Cart” is selected, you will be taken to the shopping cart to collect payment.

Select “Checkout.”

Select the customer’s name, search for the customer’s name, create a new customer name, or select “Checkout as Guest.”

Select the tender type.

Select “Finalize” to complete the order.
