As a course operator, you may wish to override your primary tee sheet on specific individual days.
Here are some typical examples for uses of the override feature:
1. Set up a day when a different rack rate from the usual one will be in effect. For example, you may wish to charge a higher, weekend rack rate on a holiday when that holiday falls on a weekday.
2. Set up a shotgun tee sheet if the golf course is hosting a tournament with a shotgun start.
3. Extend the available tee times on one particular day. For example, you might want to start the tee sheet 30 minutes earlier than usual on one day only to capture additional revenue.
To build an override tee sheet, log into the Teesnap Admin Portal
Click on the course where you wish to create the override tee sheet
From the Course screen, navigate to the Overrides area and click Add
Enter a name for the override and a date range, then click the green check to continue
The system now prompts to add an interval for the specified day(s). From here, proceed as you would for a regular tee sheet setup by clicking the + on the right side to add a tee sheet interval for the day
The example below illustrates how to configure the weekend rack rate, thus setting the price for the 4th of July even though it falls on a weekday. You could also change the interval start and end times to be longer or shorter than the primary tee sheet. Additionally, you could change the Tee Time Intervals (number of minutes between times) to something else, or configure a shotgun start.
Make the desired selections and click Save when finished
Now that the interval has been created, click Publish to send this change to the tee sheet on the iPad
Note now that the override has been added to the system
