How to Inactivate a Mobile User
This article will explain how to inactivate a mobile user.
1. In the admin portal click USERS on the left-hand side of the screen.
2. Select the mobile user you wish to inactivate by pressing the grey arrow on the right side.
3. Click inactivate in the lower left-hand corner then click save in the top right corner to proceed.
4. Returning to the user's dashboard you will see that the mobile user you inactivated is highlighted in red. Repeat these steps to inactivate mobile users.
