How to Inactivate a Portal User
This article will explain how to inactive a portal user.
1. In the admin portal click users on the left-hand side of the screen.
2. Click on the grey arrow key on the portal user you want to edit.
3. In the bottom left select "Inactive" and then click save in the upper right-hand corner before proceeding.
