      How to Inactivate a Promotion

      This article will explain how to inactivate a promotion.

      1. In the admin portal click on the grey pencil icon associated with the promotion you want to inactivate.

      2. Click inactive in the bottom left corner of the edit promotion window. Be sure to click save before proceeding.

      3. Returning to the property page you will see the promotion as inactive (highlighted in red) under the inactive status.
