How to Make Members/Specific Profiles Prepay Exempt
In this article we will show you the steps to make specific profiles prepay exempt. When a customer with this profile logs in to make an online tee time they will be exempt from prepaying for the tee time.
1. Log in to the Admin Portal. From the dashboard, locate Customer Profiles.
2. Select the Pencil Icon on the profile you would like to make prepay exempt.
3. From the Edit Customer Profile screen toggle on Pre-Pay Exempt. Once complete select Save.
