How to Set Up a Citizen Bluetooth Receipt Printer

This article will show you how to set up and connect a Citizen Bluetooth Receipt Printer

To set up your Receipt Printer, watch the video above or follow the steps below: 

1. Turn the Printer On

2. Navigate to Settings - Bluetooth and find the Citizen Printer under "Other Devices" 

3. Click on the Device - confirm the Printer is showing as "Connected" under "My Devices" 

4. Navigate to the Teesnap App - Confirm the Printer Icon in the Checkout Screen is Green

5. Run a test transaction/print to confirm the connection is firmly established
