How to Troubleshoot a disconnected C2X Reader

This article & video will show you how to reconnect your C2X reader if it has been disconnected

Best Practices for the C2X Reader: 

1. Keep each reader paired with the iPad it was initially connected to; avoid swapping them between iPads.

2. Allow the readers to enter sleep mode during periods of inactivity to preserve battery life; avoid manually turning them off.

3. If a reader is in sleep mode, tap the power button to reactivate it, and it will reconnect within 30 seconds.
