How to View if a Receipt Printer and/or Credit Card Reader is Connected
This article will explain how to identify if a credit card reader/printer is attached.
1. In the top right corner of the checkout screen you will see both a printer icon and a credit card icon. If there are RED dots attached to these icons, you're not connected.
2. We connected a credit card reader to show what will be displayed if you ARE connected. Now you can see the green dot on the bottom of the credit card icon, this means your reader is connected.
