How To View/Generate a Loyalty Report
This article shows you how to view and generate a loyalty rewards report.
1. In the Admin Portal, navigate to the Reports section and click on Sales Summary.
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to access the additional reports tabs, and click on the "Loyalty Rewards" tab.
3. Now customize your loyalty rewards points and spend amount.
Loyalty Rewards Type - you have the option to select rewards based on either Dollars Spent or Rounds Played
Loyalty Rewards Earned - Enter the amount of points they receive
Loyalty $/Rounds - Specify the dollar amount required to earn each loyalty point. For example, 100 loyalty dollars spent equals 1 loyalty
4. In the Loyalty Customers section of the report, you can easily view the loyalty points accumulated by each customer.
