It's mission-critical to get golfers in and out as fast as possible so that you can help the next golfer and they can enjoy the course. The secret is out! There is a faster way to check in your golfers from the tee sheet, whether they are walk-ins or advanced reservations.
To take advantage of this feature:
- Find the booking on the tee sheet and hold down the name of the booking until it highlights blue.
- Once highlighted blue, let go and the booking will move over to the Shopping Cart to finalize the transaction.
- If needed, add any additional items for purchase to the Shopping Cart and select Checkout to Finalize the transaction.
***NOTE: JUMP TO CART FEATURE ONLY APPLIES TO SINGLE RESERVATIONS OR CUSTOMERS WHO ARE PAYING FOR THEIR OWN BOOKING.***
To handle walk-ups in a quick manner:
- Simply press on any block corresponding to the desired time.
- Select the number of players, how many holes playing, and cart on the Reserve Tee Time Screen.
- Search for the golfers’ name by First name, Last name, or Email Address. If the customer is not found, go ahead and create that player. First name, Last name, and Email Address are required when adding any new golfers.
- Once all information is entered, hold down the "Reserve Button" until it changes to "Reserve & Pay."
- This takes the reservation to the Shopping Cart to Finalize and also books the golfer a reservation on the tee sheet.
