Teesnap Reports: Bookmarking Reports (Custom Filters)

Here is how you apply and save a custom report filter:

Start by clicking on the green drop-down arrow in the bottom right corner of the screen, then selecting "Save as new Bookmark".

In the save bookmark window, the report's name will appear, you can also check the box to indicate that is the default view of the report you want. Click Save to finalize this bookmark.

Teesnap Reports: Schedule Export (Subscriptions)

Here is how you create and save an export (subscription). Exports can be set to send by date and you can control recipients. 

On the left side of the screen begin by clicking "Schedule Export or Send Now".

After clicking Schedule Export a window will appear where you will click "Add Schedule".

The Schedule Exports window will appear where you will name the schedule, choose a sending schedule, and add recipient email addresses.

Now you're able to assign a subject line and an email body. This is a nice feature when an export is going to multiple people as it gives individuals an idea of why/what is detailed in the report. You will also select which attachment(s) you desire to receive as well as the format/layout. The updated reports export will allow you to choose multiple attachments for example: Sales and Cash Overview and Closeout Summary.

Next, you can schedule the export by choosing which day, days, or all days they want to receive the report. Once you've set the schedule you'll click Create Schedule. 

After the export is scheduled, the user has the ability to edit, send now, pause, or delete a scheduled export from the same screen.
